Shipping on Orders over $100 in U.S.

SHIPPING POLICY

Drift ships all orders within the U.S. over $75 for no additional cost to the costumer. All U.S. orders under $75 are a $10 flat rate shipping fee. All international orders, are $25 flat rate.

How to Return Your Online Order

Contact help.shopdrift@gmail.com in order to request your return label, inluding, your name, and order number.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and directions on how to complete your return.

To ship an item back to Drift Boutique, please:

Pack your item(s) in a secure box or envelope and affix the prepaid shipping label to the top of the package. Be sure to include the original invoice or order number in your package.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit, will be emailed to you and can be redeemed in-store or online. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your return.

We do not issue refunds.

SHIPPING

Drift Boutique offers free shipping on orders over $100 going to any destination within the continental United States. Orders under $100 will be charged a $10 flat rate fee. International orders will be charged a $25 flat rate fee on all orders. 

We cannot guarantee overnight shipping for orders placed online, but please call to place. 904-728-9151

Processing Times

All orders placed before 12pm PST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within four business days of your order date from Neptune Beach, Florida.

Please note: during high-volume sales periods, it might take us longer.



During the holiday season please allow four to five business days for your order to process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your shipment tracking number. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

All purchases are final, however, Drift will gladly allow any full priced item purchased to be exchanged within 7 days of receiving as long as it has not been damaged, washed or worn. The exchanged merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt and tags attached in place.

Here are the steps to take to make an exchange:

• Within 7 days of receiving the merchandise contact Drift by emailing: help.shopdrift@gmail.com
If your exchange is within the guidelines listed above, we will email you within 2 business days after receiving your email authorizing approval.

• Once you have been authorized to make your exchange, send back the items you wish to exchange to the below address making sure it is postmarked within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Please make sure to include your original receipt and the item with tags attached. We will not accept merchandise sent to us that was not postmarked within 7 days of receiving the purchase.

• Once we have received your return and it has been approved, you will be notified by email. You will receive an additional email with a store credit code. The credit includes the cost of the product and tax, but excludes shipping.

• There is no guarantee we will have your desired exchange piece in the desired size or color, but you can use the credit code to purchase any new size/style/color you desire that's in stock and the credit never expires until it's been fully used.
