Follow our step-by-step guide to making a return

Step One

EMAIL OR CALL US WITH 7 DAYS TO EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER

Email help.shopdrift@gmail.com or call 904-728-9151, in order to request your return label, include your name, and order number.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and directions on how to complete your return.

*Please note all Sale/Discounted items are final, including flash sales. All swimwear sales are final.

Step Two

Print your label

Step Three

Bag it up

Pack your item(s) in a secure box or envelope and affix the prepaid shipping label to the top of the package. Be sure to include the original invoice or order number in your package.

Step Four

Drop it off

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit, will be emailed to you and can be redeemed in-store or online. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your return.

We do not issue refunds.
